Using Sessions

Sessions is a scheduling and group-management service for Roblox communities. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Sessions for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your connected Roblox or Discord account secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and may not use Sessions to impersonate another person, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.

Workspace data

Workspace owners and authorized managers control the schedules, templates, members, assignments, attendance records, Discord settings, and other content entered into their workspace. You are responsible for having the permissions and notices needed to import or manage that content.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sessions to:

• Break Roblox, Discord, or other applicable platform rules.
• Collect information without a lawful and appropriate purpose.
• Attempt unauthorized access, probe the service, or distribute malware.
• Abuse integrations, rate limits, pairing tokens, or billing systems.
• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Integrations

Sessions connects with third-party services including Roblox, Discord, MongoDB, and Stripe. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. Integrations may be unavailable or change when a third party changes its API, permissions, or policies.

Billing and trials

Paid subscriptions, trials, workspace quantities, promotional offers, renewals, and cancellations are presented during checkout or in billing settings. Stripe processes payments. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew until canceled, and access may be restricted when a trial ends or payment is not completed.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Sessions, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every record, or compatibility with every third-party platform.

Disclaimer and liability

Sessions is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, easyPOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the service or third-party integrations.

Termination

You may stop using Sessions at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirement. Workspace owners should export or otherwise retain information they need before deleting a workspace.

Updates to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as Sessions changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Sessions after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
